  • Pre Orders can be cancelled prior to the shipping of the item, but a 20% restocking fee will be applied. Once the product is shipped the order cannot be cancelled.
  • We do not accept returns on any Trading Card Games. This includes sealed and singles.
  • Supplies such as sleeves, binder and deck boxes can be returned within 30 days of being received. We will charge a 20% restocking fee as well as the cost of shipment for your product and you will be responsible for shipping the product back to us.
  • If we make a mistake on sending you an order, we will send you a return label to return the product.

No, all of our product comes from distributors and we do not sell resealed product.

We do not offer price matching. We have pricing based on supply and demand for a product.

No, all of our products are sold on a first come first serve basis.

At this time we do not ship internationally. We offer shipping within the United States and APO addresses.

We use third-party shipping companies such as USPS, FedEx, and UPS. Risk of loss and damage will pass onto the Buyer when the product is accepted by the shipping carrier. It is the responsibility of the Buyer to have an order delivered to a secure location to try and mitigate package theft. We are not liable for package theft and damage in transit. If theft or damage does occur, it will be the responsibility of the Buyer to try and work with the shipping carrier to resolve any and all issues.
